Using the service

By using KOREAN LEVEL UP (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by KOREA HOLIC for personal, non-commercial learning.

Our content

All text, lessons, quizzes, designs, illustrations and software in the Service belong to KOREA HOLIC or are used with permission. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish the content or the Service, or build a competing product from it, without our written permission. Quoting short passages with a link back to the page is fine.

Your conduct

Do not misuse the Service. This includes trying to break or overload it, bypassing technical limits, using bots to collect content, or interfering with ads (including clicking ads repeatedly or asking others to click them).

Learning results and exams

KOREAN LEVEL UP is an independent study aid. It is not connected to the TOPIK exam or its organizer. Scores, levels and estimates in the Service are only a rough guide for practice and do not predict or guarantee the result of any official exam.

Third-party names and links

Names of companies, products, artists, TV dramas, films and places appear only as vocabulary or examples, and belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep the content accurate, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or stop any feature at any time. Translations may contain errors; please report them to us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KOREA HOLIC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
